33 Grosvenor Street is a grade II listed part-heritage refurbishment part-extension project in the heart of Mayfair.Considered to be a fine example of an Edwardian residence, the building had fallen into disrepair prior to purchase by Grosvenor. Their aspiration was to create a next generation townhouse office building, exceeding tenant expectations through innovative design, specification and building flexibility. University of Hertfordshire – The new science Building.

A new specialist science building for the University situated within the College Lane masterplan, providing a home for the School of Life Sciences & School of Pharmacy. Four associated projects also form part of the scope of works, these are a multi-storey car park, Boulevard, Support Road and associated infrastructure. Human-centric lighting in RSHP’s offices

In December 2015 Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners moved into level 14 of the Leadenhall Building, which the practice itself designed. RSHP gave careful thought to how to light their offices, and opted for a human-centric system that changes colour and intensity in accordance with outside conditions. And to deliver this innovative tuneable lighting method, the practice selected Iris, designed by Spectral.
